Private family service

The Bourn Family website and messaging program are private, non-commercial services intended for family members and invited participants. Access may be disabled when necessary to protect the family or the service.

Text-message program

Recurring family-post notifications are optional. By selecting a notification option and saving, you agree to receive SMS messages from The Bourn Family. Message frequency varies, typically about once per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Stopping or restarting messages

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from recurring notifications.
• Reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help.

After opting out, you may still request account-related messages by attempting to sign in. Carrier-level blocking may require you to reply START before those messages can be delivered.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message availability depends on your carrier, device, network, and the continued operation of this private service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, private links, telephone number, family content, or another member’s information. Do not redistribute private family content without permission.

Privacy and changes

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated as the private family service changes.
